Delivery Information

• Services purchased through QRŞef are digital services.
• No physical products are shipped.
• Purchased services are assigned to the user account following payment confirmation and/or made accessible through the relevant digital platform.

Return Terms

For digital services performed instantly and services provided electronically, there is no right of withdrawal once use of the service has begun.

If the service has not been used at all and a technical problem occurs, the user may submit a refund request via info@qrsef.com. Requests are evaluated within 14 days at the latest.

Cancellation of Service Sales

• The user may request cancellation if the service has not yet been activated after the purchase is completed.
• Once the service is activated, cancellation and refund are not possible.
