Delivery
Services purchased via QR Şef are digital services. No physical product delivery is provided. Purchased services are activated on the user account after payment confirmation and/or made available via the relevant digital platform.
Refunds
Under consumer protection law, there is no right of withdrawal for instantly performed digital services and services provided electronically once the service has started being used.
If the service has not been used and a technical problem occurred, the user may submit a refund request via info@qrsef.com. Requests are evaluated within 14 days.
Service Cancellation
If the service has not yet been activated after purchase, the user may request cancellation. Once activated, cancellation and refund are not available.
